Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. How to become an Al-Pac supplier
To be considered as a prospective supplier, please complete the Prospective Supplier Submission Form. Once received, our Procurement team will review the information provided. If your company’s service or capabilities align with a current business need, the team will initiate the registration process.
No further action is required after submission of the form. Information will be kept on file and retained for future consideration.
Note: due to the high volume of submissions received, only suppliers of interest will be contacted. Participating in the prospective supplier process does not guarantee acceptance to work with Al-Pac.
2. What are Al-Pac’s supplier compliance requirements?
Al-Pac suppliers are required to register with ComplyWorks, a third party contractor compliance management service.
All Al-Pac suppliers are required to review and abide by our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Additional compliance requirements may be identified in the supplier registration process, such as regulatory or certification (e.g., ISO) requirements.
3. Who to contact with questions
The Prospective Supplier Submission Form includes all necessary information for consideration. If further information is required, our Procurement team will initiate contact based on the details provided in the form.

5. What type of goods and services does Al-Pac procure?
Al-Pac procures a wide range of goods and services to support operations, including but not limited to, industrial equipment, maintenance and construction services, safety supplies, IT solutions, professional services, and site services such as transportation and facilities support.
