Kraft Pulp

The flagship of our product line is our world-class kraft pulp. For the past 27 years, our products are natural, sustainable and of the highest quality.

We operate one of North America’s largest, single-line bleached kraft pulp mills. Our kraft pulp production uses the best available technology and the philosophy to create more products with less raw materials. Using our advanced processes, we produce approximately 620,000 air-dried metric tonnes of elemental-chlorine-free pulp annually.

Our kraft pulp is a clean, wood-based, biodegradable raw material made from breaking down the fibrous part of trees. The kraft process begins with raw wood, made up of fibres called cellulose. The cellulose fibres are stuck together with a natural glue called lignin. The process separates the lignin from the cellulose fibres, leaving a pulp mixture and becomes the main ingredient in the papermaking process.
