The Interview

Al-Pac uses Behavioral Descriptive Interviewing (BDI) for all of its interviews. BDI focuses on asking questions about past experiences and performance as they relate to the position we are recruiting for. We believe that gaining a better understanding of performance in specific situations is the key to ensuring we hire the candidate that is the best fit for the job and our company's culture.
