Al-Pac requires all prospective team members to complete a pre-employment personal assessment. This assessment provides us with important information on work and interpersonal style, leadership style, motivation and intellect and helps ensure you are the best fit for our culture.
Pre-Employment Drug Testing
A safe and productive workplace is an integral part of our culture and we look to recruit candidates who share this commitment. One of the many ways we do this, is by keeping drugs and alcohol out of the workplace. That is why we have a strict Alcohol, Drugs and Medication (ADM) policy, which includes a requirement for all successful candidates to complete a pre-employment drug test. Drug tests are performed onsite. You must provide a negative test result to be employed with our company.
Successful candidates are also required to complete a medical assessment.
